— About these materials
What's the SoPa case?
The current Operational Case Study centres on SoPa, a Latin-American-inspired restaurant chain in the fictional country of Zeeland, founded by Paolo and Sofia Perez. You take on the role of a Finance Officer in SoPa's Finance Department, applying your E1, P1 and F1 knowledge to real business problems — from costing and budgeting to financial reporting and working-capital decisions.
Our materials take that pre-seen apart and rebuild it around what the examiner actually rewards. You get ranked topics, real figures and page references, sample task wording and model structure — so on exam day the case in front of you already feels familiar.
